Shipping Policy

Shipping: We offer both shipping and in-store pick up. Once your order has been processed and your tracking number has been issued, your items will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow the shipping carrier 24-48 hours to scan and update your tracking number. When placing an order, please be advised that your shipping and billing addresses must match. We are unable to change any addresses once an order has been placed, so please be sure to use the correct information prior to checkout. We ship via USPS. In-store Pick up: If picking up, please select "in store" at checkout. The order should be ready within 24 - 48 hours. We are located at 88 E 111th Street, New York, NY 10029. International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Lost/Stolen Items: Once the order is with the shipping carrier, The Beauty Mecka is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging.
